Customer satisfaction will ultimately determine which companies are actually busy and which ones are only busy trying to find customers. There are many factors that determine the level of customer satisfaction. These may include cost, quality, on time delivery and many others. Without a formal survey system it can be difficult to measure customer satisfaction.

    Driving your project from a concept to that of a finished saleable product may not always be as miraculous as the transformation of caterpillar to butterfly, however I’m sure on many occasions project managers have stood back and in admiration of their completed masterpiece as though it truly were a miracle. This may have more to do with the fact that the project was completed on time and on budget and less to do with what was actually delivered. Either way, project trackingfrom beginning to end requires skill and expertise. Having the right tools can help.

    Whether it’s 5-P, 8D, Ishikawa, 5-why x 3 or any of the other countless problem solving techniques, the objective is generally the same. To solve a problem in such a way that it never again recurs or if we already know it will recur, that we can predict when and implement appropriate controls.So whether CAPA systems are manual or automated CAPA software is used, the goal is always the same.

    From time to time when I’m consulting with new clients, a review of their document management system reveals some old skeletons in the closet. I’m referring to the practice of inserting hyperlinks or embedding OLE objects from shared drives or folders into document content.
